We are not a traditional licensed home inspection company. Instead, we provide visual property documentation and monitoring. Our service is designed for landlords, investors, and absentee owners who don’t need a full inspection report but want reliable photos, drone footage, and updates to protect their investment from afar.
2. What makes this different from a home inspection?
Home inspections are detailed, licensed evaluations typically done during a sale. Our service is ongoing visual monitoring—ideal for landlords, investors, and absentee owners who need recurring documentation, not a one-time inspection.
3. Will you enter the property?No. Our services are strictly exterior-based. We focus on outside condition, surrounding areas, and neighborhood context. This keeps our visits efficient and non-intrusive.
4. Do you interact with tenants or neighbors?No. We remain completely discreet. Our contractors do not initiate contact with tenants, neighbors, or passersby. Your property is checked quietly and efficiently.
5. How do I receive reports?
All photos, drone footage, and notes are delivered digitally via secure email or online portal.
6. How much does a one-time property check cost?
Our Basic Property Check starts at $75. Add-ons like drone photography are available.
7. Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes, we do. For multiple property discounts or special requests, please email info@groundlenspi.com.
8. Do I need a contract?
No contract is required for one-time services. Annual and quarterly plans require a service agreement.
9. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Annual and Quarterly Property Shield plans require 45 days’ written notice to cancel.
10. How do I pay?
Payments are made securely online by credit card or ACH. Subscriptions are billed annually.
11. Do you provide drone photography?
Yes. Drone photos and footage are included in Post-Storm Inspections and can be added to other services.
12. How quickly after a storm can you inspect?
We typically deliver storm inspections within 24–48 hours, depending on weather and accessibility.
13. What’s included in your reports?
Clear photos, drone views, a video and notes/reports on visible conditions or unusual findings.
14. Can you check mailboxes or lockboxes?
